Last nite at Ludacris restaurant Straits, Monica gave her man Rocko a surprise Birthday party! It was nice to see black love in the atmosphere. Its the holidays & this party was the place to be! Rocko wouldnt tell me how old he was but Im guessing he is under 28yrs old lol. He was very surprised to see a place full of relatives,industry people and a host of friends celebrate with him. Celebs came out like Tiny(former member of escape)loved the purse girl! T.I.,Shawty Lo,Ludacris,Devaugn Stephens,Johnny Cabell(Shawty Lo’s Mgr & his lovely wife Jayda(Divva Dishes),Jazzy Pha,Derek Blanks,Sheree Whitfield,Pastor Troy,Necole Bitchie and so many more!
