The 2nd Annual Black Bride Showcase is headed back to Atlanta on January 22nd. I’m so glad to be apart of this glorious event! The event will be held at Marriott Atlanta Marquis(downtown) from 12-5pm. It will be a day of dream wedding ideas,giveaways,swag bags,top wedding designers,beats by DJ Blak Magic, a mock wedding segment and a social media cafe with muah and other fashion writers and bloggers! There will even be a men’s lounge for the guys! If you are in Atlanta or plan on visiting and planning a wedding, this is surely an event you do not want to miss!

I have picked out some fancy schmancy heels for you shoenistas on your wedding day! For your special day, I thought these stilettos would be fun to look at and maybe give you some ideas on what to wear when you say,” I Do”. I love a good wedding,fab dress and killer heels! I wore a satin white boring heel with flower applique on the top but if I could do it again ofcourse I would have worn a soft pink colored stiletto! Back then(1999) people didn’t wear colored heels but now it’s all the craze! Which is your fav?

Angelic Hair Accessories for your Wedding Day

I love a great wedding and this month I will post some fabulous things that can inspire you for your big day! I saw these online and was in awh! I wore my moms headpiece when I got married and it has brought us good luck so far. It was my something borrowed. I got married May 29, 1999 and when I show people those pictures they always wonder why I chose my wedding veil and thats when I have to tell them it was my moms. I didn’t keep it with all the moves we had over the years, I wish I would have for my daughter but she will probably want something different anyway lol. I do plan on giving her something a bit more special on her big day(I’m praying). Hope you like them.
