Fashion Week has started in NYC and to celebrate that here in Atlanta we are doing the same thing! Fabrik is a trendy hip affordable store that ladies adore and they had a fashion night out all over the city of Atlanta. Lisa Wu Hartwell shopped with customers at The Forum shop in Norcross, while Chilli shopped with customers and rung up items at the Buckhead location.
It was fun times and I had the pleasure of stopping by both places to see what was going on. Lisa told me she was going to shop with me with some more trendier looks although she says she loves my poofy,vintage dresses lol, We’re going to plan a girl day to shop, so check back for that.

Meanwhile over in Buckhead, Chilli was full of smiles as she talked with customers and sipped on cool drinks because it was the humid night but perfect for shopping. I loved how she was styled. She wore some great YSL heels, white jeans and tunic styled top. My friend, Julian Lark who is the editor in chief of Kontrol magazine styled her for the evening. He’s also my new stylist. We had a great night of shopping and I have a pretty blue dress, I will show you later. Check out to fun pics and Happy Saturday!
Pop singer and reality tv star, Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas had a viewing party last night at Ludacris spot Straits. Her publicist Christal Nims said that Chilli wanted to have an intimate affair with close friends and wanted to keep it simple. We reviewed the show,Chilli Project and I must say ,I loved it! Maybe I loved it even more because you can see me chatting away several times in the background in a raspberry colored dress ha!

The Chilli Project is a new reality show that I would like to say is quite different than what you would normally see on Vh1. Chilli said she fought to keep african american people in a good light. The show was funny and her relationship coach, really brings the heat with her sassiness and bluntness.
I loved her slingback wedge shoes she was wearing and she said they were Guiseppe Zanoitti’s. Wow thats 3 times, I’ve mentioned their shoes on my blog in this last week lol. Chilli’s outfit was very cute.

There is also a some scenes with her ex beau Dallas Austin, plus her friend Floyd Mayweather. Floyd and Chilli have great chemistry on camera and the photo shoot scene (shot my Calvin Evans) makes you wonder if there is really a relationship brewing off set… hmm? I’m always going somewhere fun & fabulous and tonite was just that! The beautiful Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas honored her former classmate, Mayoral candidate Senator Kasim Reed. This black tie, red carpet affair was held at Entertainment Attorney, Charles Mathis’s estate in Atlanta. The event was called,”A celebration of new direction“. Everyone looked Pinktabulous in their gowns and tuxedos!
As I looked down the red carpet, I saw singers Christal and QParker,the group 3D,actresses Erica Hubbard and Nicki Micheaux from Lincoln Heights,FilmMaker Will Packer,and Boxer Floyd Mayweather. I got a chance to talk to alot of the celebs but was very inquisitive to talk with Floyd Mayweather. I’ve never met him before and heard he was a hoot! I asked him why he was in town because I know he lives in Las Vegas. He quickly told me,” because of Chilli”, “we went out a couple of times and I know her family too”.”I flew in town just to see her” as he smiled at me, his eyes lit up! Hmm?
As the nite went on, I did notice Floyd all up in Chilli’s ear whispering sweet nothings…as she grinned! What was that about, Okay? They would make a cute couple because both of them are petite and he seems like a cool cat! His pockets arent that bad either…shut up!
I asked Chilli what was her reality show, The Chilli Project going to be about and she said it wasn’t going to be a typical reality show. She will focus on her issues id dating and why she is so picky. She told me women shouldn’t settle and that they deserve more! She said she is holding out for the right guy lol. She further went on to say, it’s going to be very well put together, no hollering, yelling and looking a hot mess on tv! I hope so because The Atlanta Housewives are giving me an ulcer with their show, smh! We will see Chilli, I’m rooting for you!
Chilli looked amazing in her skintight black dress! Her shoes were to die for and if Im not mistaken they were YSL. Her makeup and hair was gorgeous,she looked very classy! It was alot of men there with no dates in tuxedos too, I was in heaven! Nothing like a well dressed man in a suit and dont have nice teeth… chile bye! You would have thought that,Chilli would have met somebody at the party. It was some very influential men in the room with 401 k’s and dental insurance lmao!
Later in the evening QParker and Christal sang a duet. Chilli then awarded her former high school classmate, Senator Kasim Reed with a plaque to say job well done! Will Packer said a brief speech and then Senator Kasim took the mic. He talked about how are children need great role models and how young kids need guidance. He made alot of sense because so many of our youth are out here just lost. I pray we come together as a community and get these kids back on track!
The evening was so fun mixing and mingling with everyone and I had a ball hanging out with Floyd Mayweather! He took my camera and started taking pics of me and my girlfriends Tish and Monica. Floyd was getting his photography on, so he gets a shout out for that and photo credits lol. Thanks Floyd I felt special lol.
