It’s my 44th Birthday today and I’m so very grateful to see another year! Thank you God for all your blessings! I feel the same, nothing has really changed. I have a few added cushiony spots but I will take that, hey it could be worse. I want to give a few people a shout out, as later on today I celebrate this day with a Private Pinktastic Soiree/Dinner party! I will not be blogging today because I have to prepare for my event. I have a lot of surprises for my guests and the food is going to be Pinkalicious,with live entertainment,door prizes,beats by DJ BlakMagic,Pinktinis,fab swag bags and more! EllyB events is my party planner and you guys have seen me blog about her affairs here on my site. My hubby Mr.Reed didn’t want to miss my special day, so he drove all the way down here and took off work. I love him to pieces for that too! My kids are excited and made me gifts that I refuse to open till later lol. I’m superstitious like that. I got a lot of gifts in the mail from my sponsors,friends,family etc…my house looks like a UPS store lol.

I think you guys will like my dress that I found for a steal, you know me always frugal, with a lil bit of a twist! I wanted to have fun,look pretty and feel like a “Princess” hint, hint! Thanks to my sponsors that helped me put on this birthday soiree too! I must say, I could not invite the City of Atlanta and every single person I know. I’m not a celebrity with millions of dollars, so I had to keep my party very simple and intimate. I like it better like that anyway. Hey guys what’s shaking and baking! It’s been a minute and I thought I would give you some more blogging tips! Last night I was chatting with a young man about using your God given talents! What does that have to do with blogging you may ask? Well, this is what I mean. Each and every one of us has some sort of talent. Be it cooking,dancing,writing(not my speciality lol)singing or whatever. As you start blogging or if you have an existing blog, always remember that little extra something you do WELL!

Do you guys know what my gift is? Ofcourse you do! I have the gift of gab and networking. I have been all over the United States and I swear everytime I travel, I know someone!  I’m a really friendly person and I love connecting people together,thats my thing. Be it brands,celebrities or whatever, I can connect you in some way. I told the guy from last night that I had a VERY handsome boyfriend in my 20′s that was a true “LADIES MAN”. We eventually broke up because of that but I recently ran into him and made a few suggestions while catching up. He told me how he changed his ways and how he found my blog online. He was curious in knowing how to start one.

I suggested to him that he start a blog to give back and to teach women the warning signs in relationships,when he is not into you,things to look for in a man,romance,open discussions about relationships and more! He was very intrigued in my approach and liked my ideas. Since he has “A LOT” of experience in dating women, I thought he would be great at having that kinda blog. See, so think about something you do well, I mean EXTREMELY well.Let it marinate and then you will be on your way to having a great blog and eventually your readers will be coming back day after day for more!
