My new group,”Chics View Flicks”!

Hey chicas, I have launched my very own girl movie group! It’s called ChicsViewFlicks and I’m so happy about it! What we will be doing is getting together once a month and reviewing a new movie! I will have some Pinktastic give a ways and awesome goody bags courtesy of Regal Cinemas and Skirt magazine! I’m too excited about the whole thing and the sponsors are just pouring in!

The first movie that we will be reviewing is When in Rome! This is a great movie to start us out with! It’s so girly and cute! I’m welcoming women that blog,stay at home moms,college girlies and chics that just love flicks, ha!

We will meet at noon at Atlantic Station at Regal Cinemas! Check this out too, all movies we will review are free! Thanks to all my fab sponsors for everything! See yah next friday Jan 29th at noon. Event Planner Ina Saulsbery!

TalkingWithTami: Hey there I’na my favorite Party Girl! You have really been doing your thing with your event planning co called, “The Starfire Group”! Please tell us how you got the name and what services you offer?

Hey there Tami, my favorite funny Twitter lady. (SMILES)

The Starfire Group is an event planning company, that specializes in event production and marketing.

It was important for me to select a name that was very fitting of me and my personality, yet easy enough for people to remember.

TalkingWithTami: I have been to several of your parties! Your detail is so fierce! Where did you learn that?

Thank you. The details can make or break an event. It wasn’t anything that I learned, for me it is one of those things that it’s either in you or it isn’t.

TalkingWithTami: Tell us who are some of your clients and what kind of parties you like to do the best?

My clients include, Kim Porter & Sean “P.Diddy” Combs, Aliuane “Akon” & Tomeka Thiam, Ryan Cameron, Tous, Justin’s Restaurant & Bar, 255 Tapas Lounge & Glamour Paws just to name a few. The events that I really like to do best are birthday celebrations and grand opening events.

TalkingWithTami: If there was one client that you could work with, who would it be and why?

I would have to say Beyonce. She is simply stellar! I don’t think I need to say more.

TalkingWithTami: (Fantasy question) Im giving you the keys to an empty building,skys the limit,no budget! All you know is that I love pink! What kind of party would you do for me?

OMG GOODNESS-It would call it …“Shipwrecked and Overboard…FOR PINK!”

Check me out in Skirt Magazine!

Every since I moved to Atlanta I wanted to be in this certain magazine. I felt like Skirt was so me. Its all about women empowerment and I just fell in love with it. I happened to be out somewhere and ran into the editor in chief Ms.Stephanie Davis and told her I loved her magazine! I told her one day I wanted to be in it.

I posted it on my vision board I think two years ago and wow look Im in the April issue! Im so excited you guys! Im on the last page under 24/7. Thats the best part of the magazine to me too because I like to read all the quirky comments people have to say and thats where she put me lol. I love my dress that I found at a thrift store,but it reminded me of Betsey Johnson very colorful and poofy just like I like it lol. My hair was done by Margot at www.mmbeautysalons.com
and makeup by Lesli Lopez for M.A.C. Cosmetics at Mall of Ga/Macys. The pic was taken by Mark what a cutie. The shoot was at Boneheads restaurant at Atlantic Station,thanks Mario for letting us take pics there! You rock!
