So you know you have to keep your ears and eyes open or as I call it “Ear Hustling” when you are on the red carpet! Everything is fair game and you have to listen out for the scoop either via the celebs talking in their interviews or from other media sources there. I was positioned next to gossip sites Bossip and the YBF, so chile I got an ear full! I asked the celebs some fun questions and also what they were wearing and more. So I wanted to give you the “T” on what was happening and said! Let’s Go!

Two well dressed guys told me they have a new reality show on Bravo. I could not remember their names for the life of me! So look out for their faces,you saw it here first! lol. I told comedian Chuck Nice, I wanted to be a “talking head” on Vh1 and that I’ve seen him doing a lot of them. He said, scouts look for most talking heads at comedy clubs. He got spotted doing stand up. Dang, I’m too shy to do stand up believe it or not!

It was my first time meeting pop group Mindless Behavior! My daughter is going to kill me! They said they just want to spend Thanksgiving with their families and have some good ol candied yams! I also met the cast of Sweetie Pies, the number one rated show on Oprah’s new network. I saw this lady on the Wendy Williams show making a pie a few weeks back. The taller son Tim told me he was incarcerated for 10 years and turned his life around when he got out. Glad to see God can change anyone.

Remember the girl in the aluminum foil fugly dress? Well, this is supposedly Lloyd’s girl. They were all lovey dovey on the carpet. It looked very staged to me.#movinon It was my first time meeting Amber Rose and believe it or not she was very talkative, polite and cute! I didn’t think I was going to like her but she came off very sweet! We talked about fashion and she stated that she will have a line of clothing coming out with For Members Only, so look for that next year! She also said, “oh and by the way I’m not preggers”. I over heard her telling that to blogger, Necole Bitchie! She said she missed Wiz Khalifah dearly because he’s on tour,who she calls “daddy”. I was about to go pass out when I saw Montel Jordan because I thought the girl with him was his date(she looked very young). He quickly said, “no this is my daughter” lol. He is a minister now and has a church in Norcross,Ga who knew!

Phaedra and I took up most of the time on the red carpet chatting about clothes like we always do.She said she was wearing Prada,Vintage Gucci and Alice & Olivia dress.We just kept on chatting as Apollo was tight lipped as usual. #amess. I don’t know why Scrappy was there but he should have received an award for most blinged out. He came with mystery date. Everybody on the carpet was buzzing about Mary Mary’s, Erika Atkins Campbell being preggers. I did see a baby bump.I’ve heard so many negative things about them but I’m going to keep it moving!

Tamar Braxton had me dying laughing! She was going in on so much in her interviews, her face was beat to death, that is all.com! How about the other sisters missed the carpet and hardly got any pics snapped because they were late as heck! I saw them zipping by to get to their seats but they totally missed the carpet! Why didn’t they ride with Tamar? Hell nawl! Shaunie confirmed on the carpet that Meeka Claxton will NOT be back but all the other ladies will. It was a network decision. Well dang, her 15 minutes of fame expired quickly!

New couple alert! Mega producer Dallas Austin’s cousin Juan Farmer is dating Lady Gaga’s ex-choreographer Laurieann Gibson? She bothers me but whatever, he was standing there and wouldn’t look into camera. I was like, we see you standing there holding her hand, why be shy about it now! If a guy looks uncomfortable/awkward being seen out in public with you ladies, run like hell! #fail

Shout out to Tv Producer Roger Bobb too! He upgraded my seats inside the Soul Train Awards! I was 5 rows back from the stage! Good looking out! Till next time! xoxo

The crowd got to see a fashion show poolside put on by ATC Studios as we sipped on Grey Goose cocktails. It was a scorcher outside, so those drinks came in handy. Inside the house, executive chefs prepared grilled corn on the cob, baked chicken, salad and strawberry shortcake. I also was loving the Mizani swag bags! Last night It looks like I missed out on some fun in the sun and great party at ATL Live On The Park! Producer Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols was back along with over 200 Atlanta’s Finest and music industry folks to celebrate the One Year Anniversary of Atl Live On The Park. Its a live music showcase in the city of Atlanta. My friend R.L. and the group Next was in the building and headlined the show.

A new hip hop duo Big Heed & Alien(the fantastic drummer I had the pleasure of meeting) also performed. Wow what a night!  Devyne Stephens hosted his Annual Christmas Gala and what a great turn out it was! Everyone looked amazing in their ball gowns and tuxedos as they styled and profiled in the newly renovated Buckhead Theatre. Santa Claus was there with his reindeers,live mannequins, soldiers,drummer boys and more!

So many celebs were in attendance that I couldn’t keep up! I saw Mayor Kasim Reed,Kelly Rowland who looked fab in her Vera Wang gown, Keri Hilson, Akon,Roger Bobb, Joc, Jermaine Dupri, Jazzy Pha,Toni Braxton, Babyface, Audio(formerly B5) and the list goes on.

The bites were great, drinks were flowing and the entertainment was great! When we first walked in there was a cocktail reception, then the trumpets started playing as you entered the venue. It was decorated in all white and a lady was dancing in the middle of the floor inside a ball. BabyFace then appeared and did a few songs with a choir.

After that Audio(formerly B5)came out and shut down the party! They did a great job and I remember interviewing them a few years ago. Devyne then came out and thanked everyone and got teary eyed when he thanked BabyFace for giving him his start. He also thanked his partner Akon.

The evening was very nice and it was the party of the year again for me. Everyone was very friendly and in the holiday spirit. It was a very diverse crowd and the smiles were good to be around. I would like to thank Angela Watts from AW Media Group for the personal invite, we had a Pinktastic evening!

Yesterday evening was pure fun! I was invited out to Center Stage to see Kandi Burruss in concert along with R&B crooner Tank. I will be the first to let you guys know that I’m not a concert goer. I can’t stand the loud music, big crowds and people standing up in front of me. So I usually opt out but something told me this was going to be something to see.

My girlfriend Tish and I warmed up the bat mobile and we were off! As chilly as it was here in Atlanta, we weathered the storm and made it downtown. From the looks of the crowded lobby other people made it out too in the frigid weather lol.

When we arrived Kandi was already on her 3rd song. She song some of her old hits and her new stuff like I fly above, and a slow song dedicated to her ex-fiance A.J. She put a lot of heart into that song. Fans were cheering for her and singing along, everyone seemed to really enjoy her music. I personally thought Kandi sounded a bit hoarse but others tweeted me saying, no thats how she sounds. She had great stage presence and her backup singers/dancers did a great job.

Tank was up next and he came out with a grey wool coat, hat and sunglasses. By the end of the show he was shirtless lol. I have never seen Tank perform but he was something to watch! I was in the front row, yelling my head off! He song some classics and new material that I heard at his listening party a few weeks back. The crowd went wild when he song, I Apologize and Please Don’t Go(my fav). He brought a girl on stage and thats when all hell broke loose because I thought he understood that he was my 2nd boo! I was yelling from the crowd not to do it lol! The girl was just smiling away and I was blank starring the whole time! That should have been me on stage smh! Another thing I thought was funny was that it was more male groupies at the front of the stage than girls with camera phones, I was dying! Tank gave a great show and I’m so glad that I saw both of them perform.

There was an after party at the W-Hotel in midtown and it was everybody and their distant cousins up in there! It was hot as heck but everyone came to support both artist. Kandi and her relatives sat in V.I.P. and I asked her for a pic of her boots. She said the name of the shoe designer was Sam Edelman.

Celebs that I saw out and about were Lisa Wu Hartwell & Ed Hartwell, Jazzy Pha, Luscious(The stripper from the Atlanta Housewives show), Marvin Montgomery, 3D,Rasheeda and more! Tank arrived later and everyone was flying over to get pics with him. I quickly cut the line of groupies and shut it down while demanding my suga and a pic! I said, “Tank you didn’t see your girl in the front? You didn’t pick me to go on stage! He smiled and said, I’m sorry Cakes next time!” I forgive you this time Tank,side eye! He gave me some suga and we took our pic(I’m a hot mess) lol. Pink Suga was getting sleepy so me and Tish made our way to the door.Kandi had a great party as they played her music from the dj booth and people partied.
