TalkingWithTami.com: Girl, I had to get yah on my blog page! Your work is hott to death and I had to grab you while I could because your really in demand lol! Shun how did you get into being a celebrity stylist?
I worked at Jeffrey in Phipps plaza and I was one of the highest salespeople in shoes and I always received compliments on my style and people always wanted me to help them find an outfit to go with the shoes I was selling them, so while working there I met R&B singer Monica and her manager Melinda Dancil, they became one of my biggest clients, I started helping them on a weekly basis creating looks and I decided to leave Jeffrey and start my own business Creative SolutionZ. and I never looked back.
TalkingWithTami: What are the key essentials pieces in ones closet they need to have?
Key essentials is definitely jeans, 1 pair for heels and 1 pair for flats, #2 a great blk suit, a 3 piece would be great jacket, skirt, and pants, #3 a trench coat, wear it as a dress, switch the belt out, just have fun with it, #4 a crisp white blouse with at least 2% stretch in it, #5 a leather jacket, wear it with a dress or with jeans.
TalkingwithTami:Who are some of your favorite celebs to style?
I love working with Monica, she has a great spirit and she has a great shape, she is sample size so she can wear anything from showrooms.
TalkingWithTami: How do you keep up with the latest trends? read ALOT, I subscribe to at least 10 different magazines and I also try to visit the bookstore once a week and read the other magazines that I don’t already subscribe to.
TalkingWithTami: Who would be your all time dream person to style?
Mary J Blige, I love her style and people always say I favor her.
