My friend Nikki Walker who’s a publicist here in Atlanta, invited me out to her son’s 13th birthday on Saturday. It sure is a lot of birthdays this month wow! My daughter who was also turning 13 the next day wanted to be at her bff’s house and she assured me she didn’t want to go because she was having too much fun. I said ok now, you’re going to regret it when you see the pics, like you always do lol.
So my son and I zoomed off in the Ford Fiesta to Jacob’s 13th partee. When we pulled up the red carpet was waiting for us and my son started to grin. He said,” wow mom this is going to be beast”(cool). The theme was casino night decorated in black and red with casino tables,dealers and chips. The drink for the afternoon was black knight and white night. OMG booth was there to shoot fun pics as well as a great dj. Jacob arrived in a white suburban truck decked out in red and black with a baseball hat, too cute. His lady friends had on black tutu skirts and leggings with their lip gloss poppin. There was a dance off, live entertainment from local artists and a happy birthday duet from Miss Teen Georgia.

I met some real cutie pies at the party and my son stayed on the black jack table because he had a lot of lady luck as the dealer kept picking his lucky numbers back to back. I chatted with Jacob the “birthday dude” for a sec and asked him what did he want to do with himself when he got older. He said he wanted to be a promoter for now. He said that today he was also launching his brand new company called, Ajex. He says that he wants to promote kids parties so that they can have something to do. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and we need great role models for our youth. I see that Jacob is well on his way! Happy Birthday Jacob and shout out to Nikki for the personal invite!
