On Saturday afternoon many fabulous women came out to Rolling Outs Annual Female Success Factor held at Atlanta History Center in Buckhead. Yvette Castlin and I were the moderators for the afternoon and what a great turn out it was! Even with the weather not cooperating many women still came to support and hear the great panelists speak about their accomplishments and to give good advice in their perspective fields. This year we had Motivational Speaker Marica Paige, National Mktg Director of Strength of Nature Charlene Bastien, Actress Kaira Akita, Attorney Terrinee Briggs, Radio Personality Ebony Steele, Publicists Nicole Garner & Sheri Riley and Author and Ceo of Press Reset Ent Shanti Das. It was an afternoon of inspiration,motivation and mental well being.

I loved all of the ladies insight and so many of them are very spiritual and family oriented. About 2 weeks ago I showed you guys some behind the scenes of our photo shoot with Fashion Designer Chloe Faith Harper, who owns Vitamin C Clothing. She wanted to use real women for her line.Well here are the photos thats on her website These outfits we are wearing are part of her Spring Collection. She also made me a pretty pink dress that I wore to the State Capital. I love her clothing and they are really comfy and stretchy. Atlanta - In honor of National Women’s History Month, the Steed Society Inc. and rolling out present Female Success Factor: A Celebration of Successful Women Living Their Dreams. Female Success Factor will feature a dynamic group of female entrepreneurs, corporate executives, entertainers and innovators who will set the stage for a day of inspiration, motivation and intimate panel conversation on Saturday, March 26, 2011, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Atlanta History Center.

Fashion Designer Chloe Faith Harper

Vitamin C is the active ingredient for clothing designer Chloe Faith Harper! I was invited out to be in her photo shoot for the spring collection and I was too excited. It was held at the old cotton mill in the heart of Atlanta. When I got there it was 2 other models getting gussied up by makeup artist Angelique Dozier. She has been in the business for over 10 years and absolutely loves doing makeup. She’s a M.A.C Cosmetic girl too, so I quickly put away my train case full of goodies, she was well prepared. The first thing that I look for with any makeup artist is their cleanliness,technique, and how they do my eyes. Thats very important to me. Angelique did my face very nice, I was pleased.

Designer Chloe has been making fashions for over 2 years now professionally. She was in NYC for a spill interning for Diane Von Fursternberg! I asked her how that was and she said a great experience. All of her clothing is made custom and sold online.She loves making dresses but getting into separates too.Her sizes are from 2 to 24. I loved the denim dress she made for me, it was too cute. It was very detailed and the fabric was stretchy which is great for curvy girls. “My pieces are different so you wont see too many people walking around with your outfit on”, said Chloe. She loves to use real women with different shapes,heights and sizes in her fashions, that way her customers can see how they will look in them. I asked her how long it would take her to make a dress and she said about one day, depending on all the detail involved.

He did an amazing job of capturing all of us in the shoot. My son was with me who likes photography and he gave him some great pointers. I love my family but then it comes a time when you want to hang out with the girlies! I love having girl time and enjoying my friends as we laugh,have some drinks and talk about whatever our hearts desire. There is nothing like having great crazy friends around!
