I love my family but then it comes a time when you want to hang out with the girlies! I love having girl time and enjoying my friends as we laugh, have some drinks and talk about whatever our hearts desire. There is nothing like having great crazy friends around! It’s fun to get together and share ideas, recipes, men stories (good or bad) and more! These pics remind me of all those fab times with my special girlies! Cherish your connection with your girlfriends! xoxo

Monday, November 29th, 2010The Chilli Project viewing party
Thursday, April 8th, 2010Chilli looking like sunshine
Pop singer and reality tv star, Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas had a viewing party last night at Ludacris spot Straits. Her publicist Christal Nims said that Chilli wanted to have an intimate affair with close friends and wanted to keep it simple. We reviewed the show,Chilli Project and I must say ,I loved it! Maybe I loved it even more because you can see me chatting away several times in the background in a raspberry colored dress ha!

The Chilli Project is a new reality show that I would like to say is quite different than what you would normally see on Vh1. Chilli said she fought to keep african american people in a good light. The show was funny and her relationship coach, really brings the heat with her sassiness and bluntness.
I loved her slingback wedge shoes she was wearing and she said they were Guiseppe Zanoitti’s. Wow thats 3 times, I’ve mentioned their shoes on my blog in this last week lol. Chilli’s outfit was very cute.

There is also a some scenes with her ex beau Dallas Austin, plus her friend Floyd Mayweather. Floyd and Chilli have great chemistry on camera and the photo shoot scene (shot my Calvin Evans) makes you wonder if there is really a relationship brewing off set… hmm? Well the show premiers on Sunday April 11th on Vh1, tune in to watch! I would like to thank Christal Nims of Enchanted Pr for the personal invite! I would also like to thank Paras Griffin of G Paras Photography for taking these fab pics!
A Kwanza Hall Celebration
Monday, December 28th, 2009Councilman Kwanza Hall
I was invited out to a Kwanzaa celebration with councilman Kwanza Hall. I’ve never really celebrated Kwanzaa or knew too much about this holiday. Going to the event last night, taught me alot. The event was held at the beautiful Paris on Ponce and this place was filled with alot of artifacts and fun stuff.I had a smile on my face as soon as I entered the building! It reminded me of being on the set of Moulin Rouge! I loved the atmosphere and the place was a great location for Kwanza’s event!
I got a chance to chat with Kwanza and ask him what made him pick this location and he said that Paris on Ponce was in his district and it just felt right. I agree that it was a great spot! The food was awesome and we got to sample different foods from all cultures, great idea. This event was about diversity and bringing people together,he did a great job! The room was filled with all ethnic backgrounds.
Kwanza and Jovita Moore
There was plenty of entertainment as well! Jovita Moore was the host for the evening and she introduced alot of different acts. I got to see dancers from HBO Crew, singer Heston, singer Cymia, the Nicolas House choir, singer Joy, Relapse comedy theatre, and so many more. Guess what you guys, I got a chance to learn african dance with Giwayen Mata! I was asked to come on stage and learn a couple of african dance moves! It was a very entertaining night and I would like to thank councilman Kwanza Hall for inviting me out! Please enjoy the pics and Happy Kwanza! I would also like to thank Christian for doing my makeup for the event!
