This weekend I will be glued to the tv to watch one of my favorite specials.Thats right its time for the Miss America Pageant! I am usually there but it came around so fast that I didn’t have time to prepare to get to Las Vegas. With our weather I don’t know if I would have been able to make it anyway.
Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron
This year I looked at the contestants and I didn’t really see any that had that extra sparkle in their eye but two this time around. I was in pageants when I was younger and I have judged quite a few. My daughter has also competed when she was younger, we absolutely love them.
My first pick is Miss Georgia’s Christina McCauley. Not just because she is a Georgia Peach but because she has a very nice look and personality. She sings and lives in Kennesaw,Ga.
My second choice is Miss Delaware Kayla Martell who struggles with alopecia and told a heartfelt story and wears a wig. She’s a beautiful girl.
