Last week I had a really big event and I had to look my best. My friend and fashion designer Tyrell Holmes made me a beautiful couture gown and my new friend celebrity makeup artist Ty Presley did my makeup. I was so excited to work with both of them.

It all started with a fur collar I spotted in Neiman Marcus during fashion week and snapped a photo of it. I remembered that I had a fox collar that I was doing nothing with. I asked Tyrell if he could make me one. Ofcourse he said, “why yes sweetie” lol. We both collaborated on the look that I wore to the Top Women of Atlanta and I thought it came out very nice. I paired the dress with a pair of satin Royal rhinestoned pumps from Bakers Shoes.When he finished the garment, I was actually sewn in the dress, since it was couture,so that means it can fit mostly anyone. My dress retails for $700 and is available for purchase.

Ty Presley has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and has worked with all the greats like Oprah Winfreys makeup artist, Reggie Wells. Ty is well known and has done faces at all the news stations here in Atlanta.He has been nominated for an Emmy for his work and I was just too excited to have him touch my face. His work was flawless as he created a fierce smokey eye and a sparkly pink lip. He loves doing eyebrows and can do hair as well! He was a lot of fun to work with. His day rate is $1,500 but if you are serious about how you will look, you should definitely give him a call.
