So you know you have to keep your ears and eyes open or as I call it “Ear Hustling” when you are on the red carpet! Everything is fair game and you have to listen out for the scoop either via the celebs talking in their interviews or from other media sources there. I was positioned next to gossip sites Bossip and the YBF, so chile I got an ear full! I asked the celebs some fun questions and also what they were wearing and more. So I wanted to give you the “T” on what was happening and said! Let’s Go!
Two well dressed guys told me they have a new reality show on Bravo. I could not remember their names for the life of me! So look out for their faces,you saw it here first! lol. I told comedian Chuck Nice, I wanted to be a “talking head” on Vh1 and that I’ve seen him doing a lot of them. He said, scouts look for most talking heads at comedy clubs. He got spotted doing stand up. Dang, I’m too shy to do stand up believe it or not!
It was my first time meeting pop group Mindless Behavior! My daughter is going to kill me! They said they just want to spend Thanksgiving with their families and have some good ol candied yams! I also met the cast of Sweetie Pies, the number one rated show on Oprah’s new network. I saw this lady on the Wendy Williams show making a pie a few weeks back. The taller son Tim told me he was incarcerated for 10 years and turned his life around when he got out. Glad to see God can change anyone.
Remember the girl in the aluminum foil fugly dress? Well, this is supposedly Lloyd’s girl. They were all lovey dovey on the carpet. It looked very staged to me.#movinon It was my first time meeting Amber Rose and believe it or not she was very talkative, polite and cute! I didn’t think I was going to like her but she came off very sweet! We talked about fashion and she stated that she will have a line of clothing coming out with For Members Only, so look for that next year! She also said, “oh and by the way I’m not preggers”. I over heard her telling that to blogger, Necole Bitchie! She said she missed Wiz Khalifah dearly because he’s on tour,who she calls “daddy”. I was about to go pass out when I saw Montel Jordan because I thought the girl with him was his date(she looked very young). He quickly said, “no this is my daughter” lol. He is a minister now and has a church in Norcross,Ga who knew!
Phaedra and I took up most of the time on the red carpet chatting about clothes like we always do.She said she was wearing Prada,Vintage Gucci and Alice & Olivia dress.We just kept on chatting as Apollo was tight lipped as usual. #amess. I don’t know why Scrappy was there but he should have received an award for most blinged out. He came with mystery date. Everybody on the carpet was buzzing about Mary Mary’s, Erika Atkins Campbell being preggers. I did see a baby bump.I’ve heard so many negative things about them but I’m going to keep it moving!
Tamar Braxton had me dying laughing! She was going in on so much in her interviews, her face was beat to death, that is all.com! How about the other sisters missed the carpet and hardly got any pics snapped because they were late as heck! I saw them zipping by to get to their seats but they totally missed the carpet! Why didn’t they ride with Tamar? Hell nawl! Shaunie confirmed on the carpet that Meeka Claxton will NOT be back but all the other ladies will. It was a network decision. Well dang, her 15 minutes of fame expired quickly!
New couple alert! Mega producer Dallas Austin’s cousin Juan Farmer is dating Lady Gaga’s ex-choreographer Laurieann Gibson? She bothers me but whatever, he was standing there and wouldn’t look into camera. I was like, we see you standing there holding her hand, why be shy about it now! If a guy looks uncomfortable/awkward being seen out in public with you ladies, run like hell! #fail
Shout out to Tv Producer Roger Bobb too! He upgraded my seats inside the Soul Train Awards! I was 5 rows back from the stage! Good looking out! Till next time! xoxo
