Well, my girls are done with their first season of Atlanta Housewives and I must say they kept me tuned in lol. That Nene is a riot and I love her spirit.I wish her well in her adventures in the whole acting world! I wish she would stop by and say hello because she only lives one exit down from me lol. Holla at your girl Nene lol. The finale was ok, Im glad that atleast the girls were speaking,thats a start. 
The reunion show looks like its going to be some necks rolling and some words used that I would rather not mention… shut up! We will see but I know I will be tuned in.
Now what am I going to watch! Project Runway is over and now the Atlanta Housewives..Im not a happy camper right now! Im not really interested in the housewives of Orange county, so I guess I will take a workout class in the evening, who knows lol. Cant wait to see the reunion show. Looks good! I havent seen my girls out lately but at a few parties, thanks Sheree for the ticket(closer to the stage) at the BET Hip Hop Awards, and Lisa for always being so nice when I see her out, and I wish the others well too! 
I got a feeling that they are going to be back in full effect!
Well, I have recovered from the BET Hip Hop Awards 08 weekend! I made it you guys! I had a great time going to some of the parties and networking and interviewing the best folks in the hip hop industry. I grew up in the eighties, so I definately can relate to some of the old school rappers that came out, and some of the new artist because I have kids now lol.
It was pretty cold out, which was unusual since last week was in the upper 80′s but I am glad I came prepared lol. Security was tight as people started arriving.I must say, I am a lil disappointed where they positioned me on the red carpet, because I was at the end, where they went straight in the door,so lots of celebs didnt get a chance to stop by and talk with me!By the time they got to where I was, either they were tired of talking or had to get to their seat,so I was not a happy camper!
Well anyway,I did get to talk to E40,LL Cool J,Monica&Rocco,Juelz Santana,Jim Jones,Toccara,Sharon Carpenter,McLyte,Rick Ross(My fav),50 for a brief second,Atlanta Housewives,Gorilla Zoe,YoYo,Deborah Lee,and a couple more people. Everyone looked great coming down the red carpet,but this year it seemed like it was very quiet.No pre show, it just got straight to the point. Last year was more exciting outside, I must say.
They gave a tribute to Russell Simmons, and old school female rappers. I did get to see fifty, he is so small, he is not as buff as you would think, maybe he had to loose weight for a movie or something, but he is tall not short,liked that! Another favorite that stopped by was Rick Ross, love him and that fendi outfit! Juelz Santana told me he was wearing a stingray jacket, “you know the animal that killed the crocker guy, but whats really good”. Their slang from Harlem,Ny cracks me up but he is so fun to talk to!
Some of the performances I did get to catch was Ice Cube,who did great and hasnt aged a bit with his cute self Wow! Tpain played the piano to his new song, “Cant believe it”with two contortionist doing acrobat tricks on top of the piano, you had to be there to see them, too sexy! I never understood what is going on with Tpain and the fascination with the circus get ups lol. I guess he is the ring master for music…okay! Bow Wow and Soulja Boy callabo was hott and I liked Bow Wow’s jacket that lit up on stage. When TPain,Lil Wayne and Ludacris performed,They had a go go girl on stilts that was doing a hula hoop act, she was hott to death,you go girl! Lil Wayne is a character for real! When he perform, he is another one thats funny to me with his underwear showing and all, he has no shame lol. He won an award too.
