I got a phone call yesterday from my friend Greg Cole who’s a prominent businessman in Atlanta,Ga.He owns and runs a very successful business called, Nancy’s Pizza in Buckhead. It’s a chain restaurant but his particular franchise is number one in the country!
He called to ask me what I was doing. I said, I was at Phipps Plaza doing some holiday shopping. He said, “hey I’m down the road, I got a surprise for you. How about I come pick you up and treat you to dinner at Nancy’s Pizza?” Me always being up for a yummy meal, quickly responded, “awh that is so sweet of you and besides, I’m starving to death why yes, I would love to!”
About 30 minutes later, he told me to meet him outside the mall, when he then pulls up in a 2012 Rolls Royce Ghost! I almost did a cartwheel in the parking lot as I sprinted full speed to the car! It was glistening in a two toned grey color and everyone stopped and starred at it. I’m not a car person at all,you can ask anyone. I drive a 2006 Mercury,Sable which is not my dream car, it’s more of an A & B car lol. My dream ride is a brand new Pink VW Beetle Bug convertible. I’ve never been into cars because I just rather spend my money on fabulous threads and shoes lol. I pay cash for them and once they die, I’m on to the next lol.
Let me tell yah though! When I sat my rear end on those soft like butter seats, I fell in love with this high end luxury ride! I’ve seen many celebrities in Atlanta pull up and step out in these mini cruise ships but it’s nothing like floating down the street in one of these babies! Every light someone stopped and gawked at it, it’s surely a head turner! The inside had so many gadgets, knobs and other functions that I kept playing around with. It was like being a kid in a candy store! It was fab, sexy, luxurious, fun and more! I know someone in the entertainment business that lives here in Atlanta that has three of these cars, I can’t even imagine that. I think Greg told me they run about $300,00 and up. Lawd, I just don’t know if this would EVER be the vehicle for me but it was sure fun riding in style for a few hours. Thanks Greg for the wonderful experience! xoxo
