The Fabulous Williams-Sonoma Staff
What a wonderful evening we had at Williams-Sonoma(Lenox Mall) last night. I hosted a blogger’s night out at one of my favorite places to shop for cookware and beyond. I thought it would be a great place for foodie bloggers to try out. Some of my blogger friends had never been to the store.The fabulous staff and Manager, Pamela did a great job putting everything together. We when arrived, it looked very nice and you could smell something good cooking in the air!
Chef Maurietta
We all met Chef Maurietta who’s also an instructor at Cordon Bleu. We were all there to learn about grilling techniques since its still hot as heck here in the Atlanta and we can still grill outside. In my family, we love to grill outdoors, so this was perfect for us to learn some new things. Chef Maurietta prepared, Grilled Gazpacho,Grilled Romaine Salad,Spiced Rubbed Grilled Chicken and Carmelized Nectarines with Moscato d’Asti Zabaglione. She talked about her career in the culinary world, how to use different utensils, how to grill in and outdoors and so much more.

All the recipes that she shared are available online. After we got a chance to taste all the different foods, they had a drawing of names and many of the guest won great gifts! Some left with stainless steal pots, cookers,grill pans and more. I received a Stainless Steal Slow Cooker! I was in shock and many of the guest were very happy with their parting gifts. l would like to thank Williams-Sonoma for the wonderful hospitality! Everything was absolutely superb!
