Michael Kors is a funny guy to me. I love his sarcastic and blunt criticism on Project Runway and I love his clothing line,it’s definitely for the confident woman! Now Michael has launched a new destination fragrance called, Island Michael Kors Palm Beach. This fragrance is the sixth island fragrance from the fashion designer who likes to bottle his passion for jet set lifestyle and exotic travels around the world.
The fragrance was inspired by its brilliant green palm trees and sun drenched beaches filed with chic jet setters. Seductive jasmine and a dash of run fuel the extravagance while hints of black tea and pink pepper provide an ultra-sophistication edge.
My review:
When I first took a glimpse of the bottle, the first thing I said was wow, thats a hot looking bottle. I have a big collection of perfumes on my tray but this bottle definitely is pretty enough to join the family lol. I took the top off and I smelled the fragrance right away. It does smell like it looks,sophisticated. I can see a very confidant woman wearing this fragrance laying out on the beach with big sunglasses and a big beach hat, ha! I can also see a woman spraying this fragrance on after a long day at the office, hopping into the shower then putting on a white terry robe. She just wants to smell pretty for the evening and relax. I would definitely recommend this fragrance for that women that knows she is all of that! Thanks to Estee Lauder for sending me the sample. xoxo

DKNY Introduces 2 New Fragrances For Spring!

To celebrate Spring , DKNY introduces two new fragrances! Be Delicious Juiced, a fresh take on the succulent nectar extract of a New York apple and Fresh Blossom Juiced, the sugar-rich dew crushed from flowers.
DKNY Be Delicious Juiced is a citrusy blend of ripe apples and watery fruits. Juicy New York apples lie at the heart, surrounded by pear blossom and a golden mango nectar. Muguet and white peony add a floral note, complimented by violet petals. The drydown is a sheer wave of creamy woods and white amber. It’s a nice nod to the original DKNY Be Delicious fragrance and of the two, this one is my favorite.
DKNY Fresh Blossom Juiced is a medley of just-picked blossoms and petals. The all-pink scent starts with pink grapefruit, bright freesias, fruity cassis and passion flower. At the heart is an apple, embraced by lily of the valley, pink rose petals and sweet pea. Palisander wood, vetiver mist and white musks add the ultimate soft under layer. It’s a light, fresh scent, perfect for spring. Considering the winter we’re having, this is a welcome respite.
My review:
I’m loving the DKNY’s Be Delicious Juiced the most! It’s airy and fresh smelling! This is something I would wear out with my girlfriends. Its not very strong but subtle. Its something I can wear all day at the office and not get tired of it. DKNY’s Blossom Juiced is for a hot date night or just out on the town. It definitely gets your attention. It has a bit more scent to it and a sexiness about it. I thought I would like the pink one the most but nope the green fragrance is my fav!
I am also enjoying my DKNY apple green vintage leather classic sac! I have never owned a green purse in my life but the kelly green color is very eye catching. The leather is very soft to the touch and I love all the hardware plus the shape of it. It has 2 inside zippered pockets on both ends with a lot of room for personal items. In the middle of the sac, it has a zipper with lots of space for a wallet, lotions, sunglasses,perfume and a few shades of lipgloss. The outside pockets has enough room for a notepad,pens and a set of keys. Nothing like having to dig way down in my purse to hunt for keys, argh! The bright colored sac is right on time for my vacation to sunny Florida next month,I cant wait! Now I will have to find that perfect pink and green silk scarf to match!
