I love my family but then it comes a time when you want to hang out with the girlies! I love having girl time and enjoying my friends as we laugh,have some drinks and talk about whatever our hearts desire. There is nothing like having great crazy friends around! It’s fun to get together and share ideas,recipes, men stories (good or bad) and more! These pics remind me of all those fab times with my special girlies! Yesterday evening I was invited out to David Yurman by the lovely Marian Goldberg to a wonderful exclusive shopping event hosted by Neyo. My friend and I hit the black carpet at Lenox Mall and the store was already to capacity. This private shopping experience was to benefit Neyo’s non profit organization, Compound. Lots of shoppers came out to support the benefit.Champagne and tasty bites were offered as you shopped the night away . The males models in black wore David Yurman necklaces that were very chic as women tried on necklaces and bracelets.
On the black carpet I saw Jamie Foster, Andrea Kelly, Cosmo’s Bachelor of the Year,Marvin Montgomery,Socialite Merry Carlos,Atl Housewife Cynthia Bailey, Lifestyle reporter Corinna Allen and Neyo ofcourse. Neyo welcomed everyone but stated that he couldn’t stay long because his fiance was in labor. Later I found out he had a baby girl, congrats to Neyo and Monyetta! I drove down in the Corvette to a cocktail party that was so fun the other night! 3 Vodka came up with a great idea to pay tribute to 3 great chicas right here in Atlanta who works in tv! The event was held at MF Room in Buckhead. Evelyn, Corinna and Holly were the official hosts for the partee! 3 Vodka had 3 signature drinks for that evening.

“The Evelyn” was named after Evelyn Mims of 11Alive’s news, while the Corinna got it’s name from Corinna Allen of CBS Atlanta’s “Better Mornings.” The Holly was named after Holly Firfer of CNN’s Headline News.
