TalkingwithTami.com: Dorion tell us how you got your first break in Tv?

As many of you know I was on College Hill but when I was in high school I got my official break on tv doing commercials as a model! I also did a few music videos before my College Hill days lol!

TalkingWithTami.com:Your a very handsome young man and very well mannered and funny lol. Sharp dresser too by the way.How do you stay grounded in this sometimes harsh entertainment business?

Thank you so much for the compliment Tammie! Wow this business can be very hard sometimes! When college hill aired I was just 19 years old fresh out of high school so it was very difficult to handle the positive but many times negative attention that being on TV brings to you! The main thing that i would say keeps me grounded is my family and friends. I come from very humble beginnings and appreciate everything God has granted to me!

TalkingWithTami.com: You take some amazing pictures, and your a good actor, which do you prefer?

Thanks again! Even though I love modeling and have been doing this for almost 6 years I think acting is such a way of personal expression! I’ve always wanted to be an actor and looked up to the greats such as Sidney, Will, and Denzel!

TalkingWithTami.com: So what is Dorion working on now? Whats the next move for you?

Im working on some amazing things now! Im now living in LA pursuing acting! I just landed a small part in a movie so im very excited about that! im also working on more modeling and music! Im a trained singer so im excited about exploring more into that industry!

TalkingWithTami.com: If you could share some good advice,words of wisdom, for all the young and new inspiring models/actors out there,shoot!

If I could share word with someone who aspire for anything I would just say keep God first, follow your heart and Never let em see you sweat!!

Im so blessed and im so happy to share with you! Continue to keep the positive energy going Tammie! You will go so far and I look forward to sitting on your Talk show one day when I have my oscar and grammy and you have your Emmy!!!

Preview Style Suite for BET Hip Hop Awards

Yesterday I had a great time at the Preview Style Suite for the BET Hip Hop Awards! Lots of Celebs are coming in town , to be fabulous on the red carpet. Special V.I.P. guests stopped by by to see what was going into the celebs goody bags! The event was held at The Artisry restaurant and Bar. It was a great place to relax and unwhind. Most of the celebs we all know that live here in Atlanta came out, but some new faces that I saw were E40(rapper),London(artist),Sammy(R&B singer),Eboni Elektra(Three Brown Girls),Keith Perrin(Founder of FUBU),Devyne Stephens(Connoisseur,creative director for Akon) and many more were in attendance. Some of the sponsors for the event were M.a.c. cosmetics(one of my favs),New Era,Seraphin Cognac,EA Sports,Jecarco,Kinky Curl,Riejuno Apparel, and more! Thanks to Nicole Garner of “The Garner Circle” for the invite!
