Shout out to my fellow pinky lover Chance Combs! She celebrated her birthday in grand style at Pink Pastry Parlor in Alpharetta,Ga! Both parents, socialite Sarah Chapman and dad, P. Diddy and a host of others were also in attendance to celebrate with her! She arrived in a stretched out bubble gum pink hummer dressed to the nines in a Pink sparkle dress! Yes, Chance you showed up and showed out diva! Her and her gal pals had mini makeovers, a private tea party, slumber party,baking session and more! At the end of the party they had a photoshoot and runway walk off, how fun! Congrats pinky girl and I can’t wait to see the show that will air on OWN network soon called, Party at Tiffany’s! You definitely make for a fabulous Pinktastic Saturday! Enjoy xoxo

I was invited out to a magical 13th birthday party for Reginae Carter. She is the daughter of rap mogul Lil Wayne. It was held at the beautiful Callonwolde Mansion in Atlanta that was transformed into a Princess Castle! When my kids and I arrived we stepped onto the pink carpet and was amazed and felt like we entered a whimsical fantasy. Party Planner Chef Ashley did a great job! When you walked up to check in there were knights guarding the front entrance, a life-size picture of Reginae in a princess gown and mask waiting for guests.

We walked into the entrance and was greeted by a trumpet player, drummer boy and huge balloons that spelled out Reginae’s name. To the right was a huge room filled with all sorts of goodies, candy and more! The next room had a food station with New Orleans Style Cuisine and a chef on hand. Adjacent to that was a huge ball room with a light up dance floor. On the other side of the room was many stations where you could get a keepsake airbrushed tee shirt and photobooth area. The last room was a gift area.

Most of the guest kept with the theme of the party by wearing tuxedos and ball gowns. Everyone looked great in their outfits! The cutest thing to see was the little babies in black tie! A little later the trumpet player sounded his horn and everyone rushed outside to see Reginae arrive in horse and carriage! She looked amazing as she smiled for the cameras with her little brother in tow. She said, Oh my gosh, Im going to cry as she exited the carriage.

Celebrity sightings at the party was, T.I. & Tiny with their family hauling in a huge bag from the Louis Vuitton store, Slim & Baby( Cash Money) and his daughter who looked very pretty, Phaedra Parks, Apollo and their son, Kim Zolciak and her two daughters and a host of friends and family. Today was such a fun day! Not only was it mother’s day but it was also E.J.’s 3rd birthday. Well Mr. E.J. celebrated his birthday by having all his family and close friends over to his house. Lisa hired Little Red Barn to bring her petting zoo out and the kids loved it. I am not an animal lover but I warmed up to the many of them lol. E.J. loved brushing the goats, sheep,horses and petting the pig and rooster. He even got to ride on the horsey and he just smiled away.

After seeing all the animals, I noticed that Terry the Rooster kept escaping. He yelled and walked around the party like he owned the place lol. I think he smelled all that catered food, plus the music by DJ Kix must have made him wanna dance lol.

We played cards, lined danced,played in jumpy balloon and partied all afternoon. It was one cute lil girl there that danced from the time she got there till the time she left. She shut the party down! E.J. had a great time and we also celebrated Mother’s Day. Dj Kix asked all the moms to come up and dance with their daughters then their sons. Lisa and I started crying. He played Boyz to Men,”Mamma” and I lost it.

New Hip Hop & R&B Sensation 3D

Today was a fun day! A good friend of mine had a meet and greet/listening party with a new group called,3d! I know you guys may not have heard of them but you will soon! 3D consist of, Dre,D, and DJ! Two of the young men are boxer Roy Jones Jr sons and the other member is a cousin. Two rap and the other one sings, they were entertaining to watch! Dre is 16 he is the rapper,D is 18 and the singer, and DJ is 16 and he raps and beatbox. The handsome trio told me that they have incorporated their group and that they are shoooting a reality show about their quest to get a record deal.

They have also been shopping around for a label. They said thats alot of work to do lol. They have been on school tours and camps. They were on Bow Wow’s Price of Fame tour and also been on tour with Rhianna right before she blew up! The guys joked with me on how they use to eat KFC with her in the trailers lol. I asked the guys what was their fav song and they all said at the same time, “Body Rock“. They said they came out with that song a couple of months ago. They said the song is about meeting a girl  and making her feel like a lady.

I got a chance to chat with Roy Jones Jr and asked him what he thought about the group. He said he was very proud of them. I had no idea that Dre and DJ were Roy Jones twin sons lol. He spoke very highly of all of them,with a huge grin on his face lol. He said,” it’s so fun to see all of them come up”. He said,” only God could have brought them this far”. He said, he has tried to instill in them that with hard work, it will pay off.  He said that he hopes that he was a good example for them. He also taught them to never give up no matter what! You can only get better!

3D Girls

I thought I was going to have a problem with Roy Jones because I know that some boxers can be so over the top lol. After being around him for a couple of hours I found him to be quiet,funny and humble. I like people like that. The group 3D made everyone feel right at home and they all had great personalities. Shortly after the meet and greet,Christal Jordan of Enchanted PR announced for all of us to go into the studio to hear some of their music.

The guys performed some of their songs and played about 4 tracks. I really liked the song Body Rock but my favorite song was Melody. Melody was a slow song with great words. I just liked the beat and the words the most. Im not really a music critic but I know what I like and that was one of them. The young men are from Pensacola, Florida but reside in Atlanta,Ga now.  Cutie pies Cymia & Reginae at the Bronner Bros V.I.P. Lounge

Im sure you want to know what celebrity sightings I saw at the Bronner Brothers hair show! The V.I.P. lounge was put together by event planner Jamahl King who owns S.T.E.P.S Event Planning. He did a great job with the area and everything was so warm and inviting. There was great food, beverages,gifts for guests,massage area, and step and repeat for photo opts.

Celebs that I saw stroll thru the lounge were Al B Sure,Young Joc,Drumma Boy,Toya and Tiny, OMG Girls, Sheree Whitfield, and a  girl group, that I cant remember( I will find out).

Cymia is a new artist that has popped on the scene and she is a triple threat! She was the cutest lil thing! She has a tv show she is shooting the pilot for,she has been in commercials, and some movies. Im not mad at her,and plus she told me she just launched her very own a shoe line! Her interview will be coming up on Pink Spotlight right here!

I chatted it up with Toya and her daughter Reginae, she was so shy and sweet! She said,”my group members are on their way, and we are going to perform”! She says she sings and raps! I heard her sing a song while doing an interview with Cymia and she sounds really good! Awh to be young again!

I bumped into Sheree Whitfield downstairs signing autographs and she was selling t-shirts that read,”Who Gone Check me Boo“? Hilarious and her sidekick and hairstylist Lawrence was there with a bad top on,too fun!

Young Joc strolled thru with his entourage and he has a new free download cd coming out! He looked very handsome! Jamie Foster from sister 2 sister magazine was chatting with everyone and she has a booth at American FamilyInsurance. Tiny and Toya were getting interviewed at Jamie’s booth and taking pics for the audience,they drew a huge crowd. Everyone wanted to snap a pic of those two! I loved Tiny’s shoes and purse.

Tiny was carrying a  Louis Vouitton bag that had an army fatigue kinda print with shoes that resembled the bag, loved that! I also liked Sheree’s huge coral blue Coco Chanel purse, it was really nice! I love purses and shoes..can you tell?  lol.
