This Saturday will be the 20th Annual Trumpet Awards. I have been attending this glam affair for atleast 6 years now. I have even traveled as far as Las Vegas for their anniversary event. I have met and interviewed some fabulous celebrities and seen many great fashions on the red carpet. This year I am trying to get my look together for the event. I am down to two dresses that I found at Arete Fashions at Mall of Georgia. I also found a black pair of sparkly “Showstopper” heels from Bakers.They are my official red carpet shoe sponsor and I’m so grateful for that! I liked the shoe because it had iridescent rhinestones that glittered like the two gowns I picked out and my jewelry.
So here are the two dresses that I fell in love with for the black tie affair. I’ve been watching the weather and it says that it will be in the 60′s but rain is expected, I hate that news argh! Nothing like getting dressed up and it rains, it ruins everything! Every red carpet that I ever attended for the Trumpets was outside too, so I have NO clue what they plan on doing the day of the event. Noone will want to take pictures in the rain and I no for sure, I won’t be standing outside with my camera crew and in a ball gown getting wet, no mam! This makes it very stressful for me and I don’t know what I’m going to do with my hair because I don’t have a relaxer argh! I hope and pray everything works out for the best!
