Hey guys just letting you know that I’m headed to downtown Atlanta to cover the Soul Train Awards 2011 held at the beautiful Fox Theatre. I just saw on the news that they have shut down Peachtree rd so I gotta scoot there extra early! The 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards winners will be announced at the Annual Award Gala on June 6th at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. I cant wait to find out who brings home the award!

The American Music Awards was a hot mess last night! It was boring as heck and I could not wait to turn the channel at 10pm to watch The Atlanta Housewives. That can be boring at times too but waaay better than that snooze fest over at the AMA’s. The show opened with Rhianna and she gave a great performance. I love this chicas legs and she has a nice body! Still can’t stand that hairdo lol. I was up dancing with RiRi because she can werk! I loved her stage performance ,especially when she sang,What’s my name and she kept me entertained.That girl can walk in some heels wow, I need her people to call me so I can take some lessons on how to sashay across a stage lol.

I really can’t remember too much more about the show but that it seemed like noone was on key. Mostly all the performers sounded tone deaf and the stage performances were outdated and everyone looked overworked and exhausted. Usher did ok but it seems as though he should leave it up to the youngins and let them perform now because he was looking his age lol.

Katy Perry dress was gorg on stage but she sounded off key as well. I thought Ne-Yo performing, Medley did an amazing job! He has class and can dance and sing!

Christina Aguilera shocked me last night because the girl has picked up some weight! She looks good but I’m just so use to her being super thin! She could barely get her leg over the chair last night, wow! Pink,chile I was really embarrassed for you. I don’t know what she was doing onstage and that outfit was not becoming!

P-Diddy and the girls who I can never remember their names were a waste of airtime. The song I couldn’t catch a beat to and everybody was tweeting what was that? Mostly all the songs performed on the show were slow and sad, not very upbeat at all.The Black Eyed Peas did ok but the guys all looked like retired break dancers, I think it’s time to just produce beats and let Fergie go solo lol.

The Beiber was the big winner last night and I’m still doing a blank stare with one eyebrow raised because when he tried to sing last night, he just couldn’t do it. Mostly all the singers didn’t sound good,maybe it was the sound people that they need to fire and replace lol! Better luck next year AMA.

I was asked by the producers over at the Chozen Awards to do a lil interview. My schedule was so mad crazy but I was finally able to get it done lol. They asked me just to talk a lil bit about my life and I was happy to share. I received an award in 2008 for “Newsmaker of the Year” and I was so honored.

Last night it was a soggy red carpet at the Golden Globes! First of all, whoever didn’t get the memo that it was going to be rainy skies will be in the unemployment line this morning lol. How do you not tent an award show such as the Globes, I’m scratching head lol. The umbrellas blocking the shots, and killing the whole feel of the red carpet made me want to turn the channel.

I was so happy to see that The Hangover won for Best Motion Picture Comedy or Musical! That movie was so funny my hubby and I were in tears! If you have not seen it please rent it,hilarious! I have a very weird sense of humor and I hardly ever laugh at movies or comedy shows, so if I laughed I think its worth seeing lol.

Congrats also goes out to Monique for winning an award for Best performance by an actress in a supporting role in a motion picture . I was not loving her dress but I did like her hair and makeup. From my understanding from tweets on twitter, her makeup artist charges 5,000 for that look! I almost fell out of bed when I heard that number. I wouldn’t care if he used 14 carat gold brushes on me or if I had the money to blow, I still wouldn’t pay that! The thing is Monica’s face was pretty but I’ve seen alot of gorg faces, like Kim Kardsashian’s. I wonder what her makeup artist charge? To each it’s own I guess smh!
