I squealed with pure excitement when newest cast member Marlo Hampton called me the other day. She said, “girl what are you doing on such and such day? I said, “nothing much, what’s going on?” She said, “I want you to come to my lil get together at my home. I’m having a private viewing party of my debut on the Atlanta Housewives and I wanted to show you some love. You always have nice things to say about me, I appreciate that!” I almost fainted and instantly ran to the closet to find something to wear lol. A few days later, a beautiful invite came in my inbox, so classy of her.

I pulled up to Marlo’s home greeted by poinsettias going up the walkway. When I entered her home it was beautifully decorated.I saw gorgeous Christmas trees decorated in two rooms, I was in the holiday spirit for sure. I was taken back and quickly remembered she told me she had her place re-designed by interior designer Michele Boyd who was also the Co-Host. Her bachelorette pad was decked out like no other! Filled with colors of light blues and browns and sparkly chandeliers and rhinestones in every room. I loved her huge kitchen. A pretty young lady yelled up the stairs that I had arrived. I heard Marlo say, “tell Tami to come up here”. I leaped up the two flights of stairs and into her HUGE bedroom,then to her grand bathroom where she had a glam squad working hard on her. She had on a black silk robe and was getting her hair curled and makeup applied by celebrity makeup artist LaTasha Wright.

She said, “hey girl I know you are going to fall out, gone back there and take a look in my closet!” I acted like I was clinching pearls and started to walk slowly into this gi-normous space. It was Marlo’s closet filled with EVERYTHING from Chanel, Valentino,Gucci,Prada and more! I had to take a seat on the floor and gather myself, I literally couldn’t breathe! I yelled out, “oh lawd, somebody come get me!!!!!” Her and her friends laughed at me but being a LOVER of fashion, you guys have NO idea how overwhelming it was to see such prettiness up close and personal! It was rows and rows of shoes strategically lined up by colors and styles. I counted well over 600 pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes, most fully encrusted with swarovski crystals.She asked me what size shoes I wore and that I could try on some and play in them. I couldn’t wear her shoes, I was drowning in them lol.

Then there was the handbags! She had them placed on these little pedastals by color and size. There was skins,leather,silk and more. I think I counted over 300 Chanel bags, purses,totes,clutches and so on.I felt like I was in a Chanel store looking at the displays of new purses lol. She had over 30 couture gowns straight off the runway on these pretty black velvet hangers hanging up for viewing. Very princess like!

In the middle of the room was a granite table and drawers full of accessories. I played in rows and rows of Chanel bracelets, diamond rings, gucci necklaces,earrings etc. I felt like a little girl playing in a big toy box of fashion! I said to her assistant, isn’t she nervous letting people in her home with all these goodies laying out? He said, we aren’t worried, look up. She has well over 40 security cameras in her home. He shut my lips up right away!

I went up to the upper level where she has another space for company to stay over that was decorated in Hermes. Two suede sleigh beds were in that space in colors of tan with orange accents.In the basement,it was decorated in a retro style with pops of bright colors and mixed fabrics and chairs. Her photographer made a mural of Marlo with tiny pictures of her in the art piece. It was soo cool to see. Even the garage where she has two fly rides was decorated lol.

I remember hearing about her clothing being rented or borrowed and that she returns things or something like that. I beg to differ! All those snapshots of her dresses and outfits I took was hanging right in her closet, NOTHING was returned ha! The Versace zebra print dress, Chanel, Gucci dresses,Tom Ford suit, was all hanging pretty! People I swear, haters!

The guests started to arrive and the champagne started flowing.Did I mention that the staff from the Chanel store was in attendance? Chile I can’t!  A chef prepared the bites and there was a three tier red velvet cake ready to be sliced. We sipped on Marlotinis that were too tasty! The show started and we all laughed and cracked up at different scenes. It was a very lovely party and I am so blessed to have people think of me so highly to attend their private affairs. I DON’T care what anyone says about my girl Marlo, I love her and she deserves all that she has and more! Thanks Marlo for the personal invite, I had a grand time!  Enjoy the pics! xoxo
