Soul Train Awards 09
Everyone and their mama was on board the Soul Train Awards last night, held at the Georgia World Congress Center. I’m going to be honest and say I was a lil annoyed by alot of things I saw happen,but thats a whole other post. I will just let you view the pictures and I’m going to keep it moving. I try to write fun and positive posts but like I hear all the time,if you dont have anything nice to say,then dont say nothing at all. lol
Hosts Terrance Howard and Taraji P. Henson
Everyone looked nice but I’m so glad I didnt have to fly out to Los Angeles (where it’s usually held) to see the same people walking around Atlanta. The only people that I’ve never met was Chaka Khan,Ray J and Robin Thicke, all very pleasant. I loved Chaka Khan’s big hair. I also saw Fantasia and she had on the baddest shoes on the carpet!
Reality Star/Singer Ray J
They wisked her off the carpet so fast,I couldnt get a pic of them but they were hott to death! Celebs that were there, I’ve interviewed a Gazallion times, so no need in me pulling out the camera, I just took pics. As you see my pics aren’t that great because the carpet was jammed packed and some of the media outlets that were there, were EXTREMELY RUDE and alot of the staff and security were too!

I love Terrance Howard, I mean love himmmmm. Did somebody say “Hustle & Flow” He is such a great actor. I personally know h is brother, great guy.

We both are from Cleveland,Ohio went to same high school,his brother and I graduated together and Terrance graduated when I was a freshman. Use to see him in hallways like wow who is that lol.

I’ll watch, as long as Don Cornelius (much respect though) is NOT allowed to give out NOT one award, NOT one Tami; UNLESS the show’s aired on fast-forward! LMAO!!
