Last night it was a soggy red carpet at the Golden Globes! First of all, whoever didn’t get the memo that it was going to be rainy skies will be in the unemployment line this morning lol. How do you not tent an award show such as the Globes, I’m scratching head lol. The umbrellas blocking the shots, and killing the whole feel of the red carpet made me want to turn the channel.

I was so happy to see that The Hangover won for Best Motion Picture Comedy or Musical! That movie was so funny my hubby and I were in tears! If you have not seen it please rent it,hilarious! I have a very weird sense of humor and I hardly ever laugh at movies or comedy shows, so if I laughed I think its worth seeing lol.
Congrats also goes out to Monique for winning an award for Best performance by an actress in a supporting role in a motion picture . I was not loving her dress but I did like her hair and makeup. From my understanding from tweets on twitter, her makeup artist charges 5,000 for that look! I almost fell out of bed when I heard that number. I wouldn’t care if he used 14 carat gold brushes on me or if I had the money to blow, I still wouldn’t pay that! The thing is Monica’s face was pretty but I’ve seen alot of gorg faces, like Kim Kardsashian’s. I wonder what her makeup artist charge? To each it’s own I guess smh! One thing I’m noticing more and more at these shows is, the women are embracing old glamour. Seemed like there were a lot of what I call flesh tone colors. Some of them were simple and elegant but all in all, I really don’t have any complaints of how these ladies looked. I love seeing the ball gowns without all the skin showing. I think the women are realizing their sexiness still shows without bearing all.

I was told that Robin held an umberalla for his wife Paula but nobody is calling him out. I dont see what the big deal is. That is his WIFE and its HER night so he is being supportive and taking care of her as he should be. Get it Mimi!

I think that Nick holding the umbrella for his wife is a sweet thing, its just how he looks doing it,it’s simply funny to me. He looks like a lil boy holding an umbrella for his mom. They just make a weird couple to me.(my opinion)

Hahahaha… Tami, this post had me in stitches! That comment about Fergie’s “David’s Bridal” dress was right on… I mean come on, I think I wore that to high school homecoming back in 2001. Seriously.
