Sandra Bullock took the best dressed award. As for Monique, I am thinking she wanted people to remember the moment, not her dress. She took the route of "classic". The color of the dress was in honor of actress Hattie McDaniel, the very first African American to win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She wore the same color dress when she received her Oscar award 70 years ago in 1940. As for Gabby....my mouth is "duck taped" too!! Pretty much agree with most of your comment Tammi!
